- 2 lbs chicken,
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 3 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3-4 red chili
- ½ cup oil
- salt, according to taste
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets
- Cilantro, to garnish
- In a heavy bottomed pan, add all ingredients except cauliflower and cilantro.
- Sauté for about 5-6 minutes in medium heat. Cook covered on low-medium heat, stirring time to time to prevent burning.
- Once chicken is tender add the cauliflower and 2 cups water.
- Cook in medium heat for 10-12 minutes more until gravy thickens to your desired consistency and cauliflower is tender.
You may try adding variation of other starches and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, etc.

উপকরন :
২ পাউন্ড মুরগি
১ কাপ পেঁয়াজ, স্লাইস
৩ টেবিল চামচ আদা কুচি
৩ টেবিল চামচ রসুন কুচি
২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়া
১ চা চামচ জিরার গুড়া
৩-৪ টি শুকনা মরিচ
১/২ কাপ তেল
লবণ, স্বাদ অনুযায়ী
১টি মাঝারি ফুলকপি, ছোট করে টুকরা করা
ধনে পাতা
প্রস্তত প্রণালী:
১. একটি ভারী কড়াইতে ফুলকপি ও ধনে পাতা বাদে সব উপকরণ মাখিয়ে নিন।
২. চুলা জ্বালিয়ে, প্রায় পাঁচ মিনিটের মত মুরগি কষিয়ে নিন। এবার কম তাপে মুরগি ঢেকে রান্না করুন।
৩. মুরগির নরম হলে ফুলকপি ও ২ কাপ পানি দিন।
৪. মাঝারি তাপে আরও ১০-১২ মিনিট রান্না করুন। ফুলকপি সিদ্ধ হয়ে ঝোল ঘন এবং পছন্দসই পরিমানে আসলে নামিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।

Totally agree. Cauliflower is such a great vegetable that adapts to various flavors very well. I often add them to chicken and also to beef curry.
