- 16 pieces of pumpkin squares, about 1” cubes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Dash of chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Wash and dry the pumpkin squares.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Set aside half the marinade to use as dipping sauce.
- Marinade the pumpkin chunks in half of the marinade for about 10-15 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and tender.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with the dipping sauce.

রেসিপিঃ সয়া সস ও তিল দিয়ে মিষ্টি কুমড়ার চাইনিজ আইটেম
উপকরনঃ
১৬ টুকরো মিষ্টি কুমড়া কিউব, প্রতিটি প্রায় ১” কিউব
১ টেবিল চামচ সয়াসস
১ টেবিল চামচ সিসিমি অয়েল / তিলের তেল
১ টেবিল চামচ মধু
১/৪ চামচ লবন
সামান্য মরিচের গুড়া
২ টেবিল চামচ তিল, হাল্কা টেলে নেয়া
প্রস্তুত প্রণালীঃ
১. স্কয়ার সাইজের মিষ্টি কুমড়ার টুকরো গুলো ধুয়ে পানি ঝরিয়ে নিন।
২. সয়াসস, তিলের তেল, লবন এবং মরিচের গুড়া একসাথে মিশিয়ে মেরিনেড মিশ্রন তৈরি করুন। অর্ধেক মেরিনেড মিশ্রণ আলাদা করে ডিপিং সস হিসেবে খাওয়ার জন্য রেখে দিন।
৩. মিষ্টি কুমড়ো টুকরো গুলো মেরিনেড মিশ্রণটিতে দিয়ে ১০ থেকে ১৫ মিনিট মেরিনেড করুন।
৪. ৩৫০ ডিগ্রী ফারেনহাইটে ওভেন প্রিহিট করুন।
৫. ২০ থেকে ২৫ মিনিট বেক করুন যতক্ষণ না মিষ্টি কুমড়ো মচমচে এবং নরম হয়।
৬. টালা তিল উপরে ছিটিয়ে ডিপিং সস দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
