An easy and delicious, sweet and tart jam made from fresh peaches. The easy jam has only 3 ingredients and without the sue of gelatin or pectin.

Ingredients
  • 5lb peaches, pitted and roughly sliced
  • 2 cups sugar (adjust depending on the sweetness of the peaches)
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Wash, pit and roughly slice the peaches.
  2. On medium heat, cook peach slices, sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly, as fruit slices become jam like consistency.
  4. Be careful not to let mixture boil over.
  5. Ladle jam into the prepared, cleaned and dried jars.
Notes
Adjust sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the peaches used.
Jam stays well in refrigerator for 4+ months.
Wash the canning Jars, lids and bands in hot, soapy water and then rinse with boiled water. Drain well and dry before storing jam.
