- 2 cup dried fish(shrimp, anchovy, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons mustard oil
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 2-3 red chili
- ¼ onion, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- On medium heat, dry roast dried fish, garlic, chili.
- Put everything is a food processor and chop.
Adjust oil, lemon juice, chili and garlic according to taste.
