Bokchoy Stir fry with toasted sesame

Ingredients
  • 6-8 medium bokchoy, cut in halves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil over medium high.
  2. Add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant. About 1-2 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add bokchoy and red pepper flakes.
  4. Sauté until bokchoy turns dark green. About 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and soy sauce.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
Notes
Sesame oil can be substitutes with olive oil.
