Bokchoy Stir fry with toasted sesame

- 6-8 medium bokchoy, cut in halves
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil over medium high.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant. About 1-2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add bokchoy and red pepper flakes.
- Sauté until bokchoy turns dark green. About 4-5 minutes.
- Add salt and soy sauce.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
Sesame oil can be substitutes with olive oil.
