Ingredients
  • 6 Ilish pieces
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon tarmeric
  • Salt, according to taste
  • Oil, for frying
Instructions
  1. Clean fish pieces.
  2. Rub chili powder, turmeric and salt generously on the fish pieces.
  3. Heat oil in medium high.
  4. Fry until golden and crispy.
Notes
The frying time depends on the thickness of the fish pieces.
