Grilled Fruit Salad with Rosemary Infused Honey Syrup

A simple grilled fruit sald recipe with with highly aromatic honey-rosemary syrup.

Ingredients
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fruits of your choice (Pears, Guava, Peaches, Grapes, Pineapple, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Add water, honey and rosemary in a pan and simmer to make syrup, about 5 minutes. Let steep and cool.
  2. Wash, cut fruits into quarters.
  3. Brush your indoor/outdoor grill with butter.
  4. Add the fruits and grill for 2-3 minutes each side. Sprinkle/brush some syrup every 1-1.5 minutes to get a caramelized effect.
  5. Serve grilled mixed fruits in a bowl and spoon extra syrup if you want.
Notes
I haven’t tried this salad with melons but I imagine mellow would be great addition to the salad as well.
Adjust honey according to taste.
