Grilled Fruit Salad with Rosemary Infused Honey Syrup

- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1 sprig rosemary
- ⅔ cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fruits of your choice (Pears, Guava, Peaches, Grapes, Pineapple, etc.)
- Add water, honey and rosemary in a pan and simmer to make syrup, about 5 minutes. Let steep and cool.
- Wash, cut fruits into quarters.
- Brush your indoor/outdoor grill with butter.
- Add the fruits and grill for 2-3 minutes each side. Sprinkle/brush some syrup every 1-1.5 minutes to get a caramelized effect.
- Serve grilled mixed fruits in a bowl and spoon extra syrup if you want.
I haven’t tried this salad with melons but I imagine mellow would be great addition to the salad as well.
Adjust honey according to taste.
