Easy homemade tortilla chips recipe. This quick and easy baked tortilla chips is healthy and has much less calorie than the fried version.

Ingredients
  • 12 6 inch corn tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix oil and lemon juice together.
  3. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil mixture. Stack the tortillas and cut the pile into sixths to make chips.
  4. Spread the chips out in a single layer on two large baking sheets and sprinkle salt.
  5. Bake until golden brown and crisp, rotating the baking sheets once, about 12 to 15 minutes.
