A healthy, delicious Mango and strawberry recipe that can double duty as a drink or a dessert.

Ingredients
½ cup(90gm) Fresh or frozen berries (Raspberry/Strawberry)
2 tablespoon honey
1 medium size mango
½ cup milk
Instructions
Process the berries in a blender or food processor with a tablespoon or two water and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Rinse the blender thoroughly and process peeled mango chunks in it along with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour a 1" layer of the mango puree in a tall glass. Spoon 2 tablespoon of berry puree on top. Add mango puree again and finish it off with berry puree. Using a teaspoon or skewer, lightly swirl the two mixtures together. Serve cold.
Notes
Adjust the consistency per your taste. This has a very thick consistency and so add more milk to make the rippler a little lighter.
