Healthy banana pancake for toddlers and kids with no added sugar.

Ingredients
  • 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 spoon honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Whisk together mashed banana, egg, honey (if using) and milk together.
  2. Add flour to the mix. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Heat a griddle/fry pan on medium high heat and spray/add butter.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle.
  5. Once bubble starts forming, flip and cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are cooked, stack on a plate to serve.
Notes
Each pancake takes about 2-3 minutes in total depending on the size.
To achieve a lumpy batter, adjust with little more milk or flour if necessary.
