Berry water sounds really great after a long hot day’s fasting from What Should I Eat for Breakfast Today. The only thing I would probably add to it is a sprig of fresh mint from my kitchen garden.
Whether it’s Ramadan or not I love quick and easy dishes and this 15 minute Chicken and Rice looks delicious to me. I may try it for iftar with cream of mushroom soup this evening as I have all the ingredients in hand.
Finally, this Skillet Apple Cake sounds great for iftar or after a cup of milk during Suhur or whatever else you may be having.
