Wholesale prices are available to businesses and individuals that purchase large quantities of our products or companies who provide a resale permit number.
We also have discounted prices for non profit organizations, religious institutions and schools.
Our wholesale prices change periodically to reflect our sale prices. If you’re interested in ordering in bulk, please fill out our reseller application. Once your account is approved, we will send you the most up-to-date wholesale price list via email.
A With A Spin “distributor” is expected to carry inventory of broad selection of popular With A Spin products and to make our products available to any retailer in your territory. If you are only carrying a small selection of With A Spin products in your own sales outlets, then you are a Wholesaler. Please contact us for distributor price list.
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is in advance of shipment. We cannot begin to process your order until payment has cleared our bank.
A wholeseller or Distributor is responsible to pay all shipping, tariffs, duties and taxes upon receiving the order. Any orders refused by wholeseller or distributor upon delivery will be subject to return handling fees.
You are welcome to contact your sales manager to ask for assistance in growing your sales through promotional materials, additional product information, etc.
The use of promotional and marketing materials, as well as websites, by our distributors and wholesellers to advertise our products is welcomed. However, there are some very important guidelines that we ask our valued customers to follow:
1. With A Spin Images — Anytime an image borrowed from website, google drive or other means is used on a website or social media, the following statement must be included under each image or on each page where our images are used and shared – “Copyright 2015 WithASpin, LLC.” You are welcome to take and use your own image.
2. Statements — Our distributors and wholesellers are welcome to claim that they are distributors/wholeseller of With A Spin products, but they cannot claim any formal relationship with WithASpin, LLC.
To remain a Wholesaler/Distributor in good standing, the above policies must be followed, as well as any additions, clarifications, or changes to them.
